At dMFK, I've worked on the design and delivery of a range of projects in historic and constrained sites, including: Residential — 25 new homes set within a heritage context in East Finchley (stages 2–3), a 27-storey new-build tower in Southwark to BIM level 2 (stages 3–5); Mixed use — a new medical centre within the residential redevelopment of the former Nestle factory in Hayes (stage 1); Commercial — rejuvenation of the reception and arrival spaces at Tower 42 in CoL (stages 2–3), 32,000 sqft retrofit and extension of a mid-2000s office building at Grafton Street in Mayfair (stages 2–3 & 5).
